JED Engineering & Land Surveying provided fieldwork and office work, in accordance with New York City Department of Design and Construction (NYC DDC) specifications for the Preparation of Survey Documents for Highway, Sewer, and Water Main Projects, namely, Base Maps, Topographic Maps, Highway Profiles Mapping, and Composite Utility & Profile.

The following tasks were performed:

Control Survey: Vertical Controls were set in the Borough of the Bronx datum and later converted to NAVD 88. Horizontal controls were established in NAD 83.

Sewer Investigation: Obtain inverts, pipe sixes, flow direction and material.

Topographic Survey:

Highway and Sewer Profiles

Utility Survey

Right of Way Survey: Boundary lines researched and plotted.

CADD: Key Plans and Control Drawings
