Office Engineers

We are currently seeking Office Engineers to provide project support with the construction and reconstruction of public building projects for a number of clients including NYCDDC, NYCSCA and NYCHA.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Assist Project Manager/Resident Engineer with his responsibilities.
  • Document control and project administration.
  • Obtain responses to requests for clarifications, change orders and submittals from contractors and keep a log of such request and submittals.
  • Coordinate and track all project plans and drawings.
  • Prepare and maintain project records including weekly and monthly status reports.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management  is highly preferred
  • 5 to 10 years in construction management experience.
  • Experience with New York City Public agency projects preferred.  DDC a BIG plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office, is a must.
