JED is currently serving as a sub-consultant providing construction management services on an “As Needed Basis” for infrastructure upgrades, repairs, and renovation and rehabilitation of projects at various FDNY facilities within New York City. The specific services being provided include the Construction Supervision of the following project types:

• Reconstruction of apparatus floors, sidewalks, and parking lots,
• Roof replacements,
• Façade restorations,
• Window replacements,
• Electrical upgrades,
• Plumbing rehabilitation,
• Boiler replacements,
• Hot water heater replacements,
• HVAC rehabilitation,
• Overhead door replacements,
• Asbestos abatements,
• Emergency generators
• Retaining walls and fencing
