This project consisted of a four (4) phase renovation and modernization to this Court Facility in lower Manhattan while the courts remained fully operational. Mr. Rueda was the project executive for the fourth phase of this project providing construction management services to the Dormitory Authority of the State of NY. The work of this phase included the demolition and renovation of 13 existing courtrooms and the addition of 2 new courtrooms with all incidental offices and support facilities, as well as all incidental mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.
